Warranty Duration: 365 Days
Replacements Any manufacturer defects or equipment failure within the allotted time will be replaced. When you provide a return tracking # your replacement units will be shipped out on the same day. Any products with issues in the first 30 days will be replaced with brand new products. VoxBox will gladly assist you in getting a return label or pick up scheduled.

We offer a 30 day return policy that starts when the buyer receives the item. Item returns must be in the condition they were shipped in, with original boxes, hardware, manuals, accessories, power supplies or any other cords. The buyer is responsible for paying return fees & any other applicable duty or customs fees. There is up to 15% restocking fee for returning items, but if the box is in absolute perfect condition with all parts there shouldn´t be any fees.
