You will be paying TWO shipping charges: 1) the actual shipping cost from seller's location to eBay's GSC, and 2) the cost you will pay directly to eBay's international shipper. I HAVE NO CONTROL over the cost you will be charged by the international shipper. I DO NOT provide insurance or guarantee safe delivery for international shipping. I highly recommend buying your own insurance through eBay's shipping system since refunds will NOT be issued for items damaged upon arrival at your location. RETURNS: In the unlikely event that you decide to return an item, please contact me first. Buyer pays for return shipping. The item plus the original packaging, manuals, warranty, forms, coa's, etc. must be returned in undamaged, unused, resalable condition. I do record serial numbers. Your return package must have a tracking number.
REFUNDS: (1) A full PayPal refund will be given ONLY if the item is not as described. (2) If you receive a domestic shipment damaged in transit, a refund for the item only will be issued - there is NO refund for seller's actual shipping costs. (3) If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, deductions will apply for seller's shipping and insurance costs, plus a restocking fee. (4) NO refund will be given if you return an item that is a) lost in transit to me, b) damaged upon arrival to me, c) used or abused in my opinion (listing photos may also be used to determine usage), d) beyond the stated return period, e) damaged when shipped internationally, or f) a software shipping package has been opened.
