All standard deliveries are via Royal Mail and hermes.
EU customers: Royal Mail is used for both standard and Express services.
Rest of the World: Standard service via Royal Mail

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We will provide a refund within 14 days for items purchased with Olivers Store. Items must be in original condition in which they were sent out. In original packaging unworn and unsoiled, please test shoes on a clean surface. Please report return to us via opening a return case via resolution centre, this should be done within 5 days of the delivery date.
Refund will be the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment.
