Products include manufacturer's warranty. 

Phone-Depot offers a 30-day exchange/refund policy for defective products on all purchases.  Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. 

Buyer pays return shipping. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable 

Refused and/or Unwanted items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee

All reimbursements are done in the form of a credit issued to the customers PayPal account. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the customer‘s PayPal account and up to 30 days if credit is issued to a credit card used on PayPal.
