THE RYTHM HEAD FOOT DRUM, let the natural rhythm of your foot on the Foot Drum create an accompaniment to your playing. Simply plug one end of a standard 1/4 inch jack lead into the foot drum, and the other end of your lead into your amp/P.A.

 The unit has been designed to fit easily into your gig bag. With your drummer packed away  your ready to rock. The foot drum can be played under your toe or heel, and because of its low profile, the unit can be played sitting or standing, over extended periods without risk of leg strain. The base is covered with an anti-slip material and low profile rubber feet, to keep the unit in the correct position whilst playing.

This Foot Drum is Craftsman made from Solid White Oak, special selected for it's tight grain avoiding knots and splitting  problems found with some more open grain timbers. Oak giving the toughest hard wearing properties required when played under foot. Before starting manufacture we researched using many types of hardwood, but continually returned to oak as being the toughest and best sounding material for the job. During manufacture of the oak case, it is coated in multiple layers of very hard wearing satin lacquer (diamond hard the manufacturers call it). The sound chamber in the unit has been positioned so as to allow many sound possibility from Bass kick drum. to hi and low tom sounds, hitting the beveled edge gives a rim shot/snare type sound. Adjustment of the E.Q. on you Amp/P.A. will vary the amount of bass sound you require .The solid one piece construction, not jointed or pieced enshures the natural resonance remains within the units structure. The Three pickup arrangement gives great output. Different types of footwear will have great effects on the unit, hard soled shoes will give a rapid attack, trainers and softer soles giving softer warmer sound. The Foot drum can also be played with hands ,sticks, or brushes.The unit requires no batteries

It's great for jamming at home but adds a whole new dimension to your gig performance particularly for solo guitar vocalists. A quality stompbox for the price of a  couple of packs of quality Guitar strings
