Brand new with tags - Cooper St. unique silver and blue sequin short skirt in size 10 (US 6 ).   This would look great for a night out on the town.  The back ground is  silver with an intricate art deco pattern in shades of blue, pink and brown.  The narrow waist band is cobalt blue as is the exposed back zip.  It is fully lined in cobalt blue.  Dare to be different!
