This a Catherineholm 9" Enamelware bowl designed by Grete Prytz.

It's not in perfect condition, but if you're buying it for display above eye level it does have about 75% of visible surface that displays very well with just light surface scratching that is only visible when viewed up close.  The "back" has conspicuous marks in the enamel (noted in the pictures) and only constitutes a small amount of the visible surface area and would be out of view in a static display against a wall/hutch.  The basin of the bowl has many utensil marks (noted in the pictures as well).
