All UK orders are dispatched within 1 working day via Royal Mail first class post. We usually expect delivery of your order to be within 1 - 3 working days. In the event of non-delivery please contact us so we can investigate this for you.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase or if you wish to make an exchange we do offer a 14 day window through which you can initiate a return. However items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Where a replacement is not requested, a refund will be given once the return is received and that we are satisfied it meets the conditions outlined above.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact us immediately and send us pictures if possible. We offer a 30 day warranty on all our products and in the unlikely event of an item being faulty we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within this period.

Please note that any return is your responsibility until the item reaches us. Refunds will only be made for additional postage costs in the event that the item is faulty and only when the returned item is received and fault confirmed.
