If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange it for something else or take it back for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery to obtain return authorization instructions. We will promptly reply to your request. Any order shipped back to us without an return authorization will experience delays in processing.

All jewelry orders within the continental US qualify for free USPS First Class Mail shipping. Please note, all orders exceeding $200 require Signature Confirmation. All expedited shipping requests received after 2pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable in the case of adverse weather conditions.

The Giving Tree Gallery is a family-owned and operated business with locations on historic St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, FL and the French Quarter in New Orleans, LA. Originally founded in the Chicago area, the family relocated to Sarasota in 1994. Today the family is still working together at both locations, committed to filling the gallery with unique, hand crafted works of art and enjoying paradise all the while.
