Returns

Please request for RMA number before sending the unit/s. Within 14 days of receiving an item, an incorrect, defective or not as described item may be returned for a full refund including all shipping charges. Returns for any other reason must be made within 14 days and are subject to a restocking fee of 15% with no refund on shipping charges and ebay fees (5%). After 30 days, if an item is returned because of an issue or defect, it can only be replaced. If an item is not available within 15 days after we receive the item, we can either offer you a comparable model or refund.

All returned items must be received in original condition with all parts and packaging included.

Warranty

90 Day Warranty from the day customer receives the package. Only defective merchandise can be EXCHANGED ONLY, no refunds no exceptions! Physically damaged & warranty seal tampered items will not be accepted. Feedback is automatically left when the item is paid for and positive feedback has been left for us.

Payment

We only accept Payments via PayPal. CA buyers are required to pay the $4 CA electronic waste recycling fee per unit. A paypal payment request will be sent to you after you send the payment for your order.

Shipping

After paying through paypal, it will usually take 1-2 business days (Monday  through Friday only) to be shipped. Items will be shipped by the stated shipping  method via UPS Ground or Fedex Home Delivery/Ground.

Note: Fedex Home Delivery/Ground are signature required.

We only ship to 48 contiguous states.
