Return Policy

specifications. Try the
light as soon as
possible. If you are
returning or exchanging
lights, please make sure
they are in brand-new
condition, unused and
with original packaging.
Requests to return items
due to quality issues,
damage during shipping,
or color/style/size
errors must be
accompanied by photos or
other evidence that
clearly shows the
problem with the item
received.
Replacements and refunds
are not available for
lights with no quality
issues.
Damaged or Defective
Items
Damaged or defective
items are eligible for a
full refund. When
requesting your refund,
please be ready to
provide Customer Service
photographs clearly
showing the problem with
the item and its courier
number as soon as
possible. If you believe
your item was damaged
during shipping,
Customer Service will
need photographs showing
the damaged packaging as
well as "Proof of
Damage" documentation to
process your exchanging

Mis-shipped Items
If you received a mis-shipped
item, you need to
provide photographs of
the incorrect item to
prove that you received
the wrong item before we

Sizing Issues

received does not meet

Overdue Orders
If your order cannot be
shipped by the date
originally stated,

offer you the option of
keeping or canceling

are overdue by no more

to cancel the product

get a 30% reimbursement
upon delivery.

possible. Our packaging
is tested to withstand
forces exceeding those
