U.S. Shipping Information

• Your item(s) will ship either the same day or next business day after payment clears. We ship items out every business day, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
• To the lower 48 States, most items will ship with UPS , USPS, or SpeeDee Delivery in Midwest States. Some smaller items may ship with Fedex. We reserve the right to ship with any carrier. Most items cannot ship to a PO Box in the lower 48 States. ( ITEMS SHIPPED SPEEDEE DELIVERY CAN BE TRACKED ON THE SPEEDEE WEBSITE, WE WILL PROVIDE TRACKING INFO WITH ALL ORDERS )
• Large Order packages may ship in multiple packages and may arrive a day or two apart. This doesn’t happen often but please don’t panic if you only receive one package at a time.
• Express Shipping is available. Email us for details. Please be advised that shipping large items with Express shipping is very expensive .

• All of our items ship fully insured, even items that come with FREE Shipping!
• Tracking provided
• ALASKA, HAWAII, AND APO/FPO SHIPMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A SHIPPING FEE. THESE SHIPMENTS WILL BE SENT BY USPS PRIORITY MAIL WHICH IS SIGNIFICANTLY MORE EXPENSIVE TO SHIP. PLEASE EMAIL US FOR SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE BIDDING. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO. ( some larger and heavy items may only ship to lower 48 states , this will be stated at the bottom of the item page )

International Shipping Information

*WE OFFER VERY FEW ITEMS THAT HAVE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / MUST BE STATED IN ITEM DESPRIPTION.

• International Shipping is through eBay's Global Shipping Program.

• It may be necessary to ship certain items (usually boots) without the original manufacturer's box in order to fit all items into one shipping box.

• We cannot ship multiple orders together. Each purchase must ship in it's own box as required by eBay's Global Shipping Program. If you order a snowboard package that includes multiple items, they will all ship in one box, but if you order two snowboard packages, we cannot ship them together.

• We cannot ship items as gifts and we cannot lower the value of the item.

• Exchanges can be done, but the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. In order to avoid having to exchange boots, we do recommend that you order your normal shoe size or a half size larger if you wear half sized boots. If you follow this rule, the boots should fit you well.

• Returns will be charged a restocking fee and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please refer to our return policy to see what can be returned.

• Tracking is available. On the eBay order details page, there will be a Global Reference number. The final tracking number may not be available for several days, but will be available once the item ships from the Global Shipping Hub.

• Shipping Internationally typically takes 7-14 business days. This is an estimate only, not a guarantee.

• 5% Sales Tax on any items shipping to a Wisconsin address.

• We can exchange any brand new items if there is a sizing issue. Please email us for details. When buying clothing or boots, (always buy DUCATI and BMW clothing 1 size larger than u normally wear) we recommend you order your normal size or a half size larger if you normally wear a half sized shoe. This should avoid the need for an exchange. Also, be aware that motorcycle boots are made to fit all width of feet, not like normal shoes. Euro made boots usually run small , buy these boots 1 size larger than normal shoe also.

• There will be a re-stocking fee charged on all returned items to cover the initial shipping/packaging costs to ship the item to you initially. All returns must be in the original box or package with all paperwork , tags, and accessories included. CLOTHING MUST HAVE TAGS ATTACHED AND BE BRAND NEW TO BE RETURNED. We cannot take a refund or do an exchange on any used items
