Thanks for checking out my auction! I have a ton of Marvel and DC figures as well as Star Wars and DVD’s. If you are looking for anything chances are that I have it. I suggest checking out my other auctions as well. 

My figures are always and great shape and hardly played with unless otherwise noted.

Please check the shipping calculator for the amount you will be charged. 

Shipping and Handling prices are not negotiable.

 I generally ship items with whatever flat rate priority mail box they will fit in.

Postage is always printed through ebay. As soon as I pay for the stamp, you tracking will appear.

ITEMS USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of when I receive payment.

Sometimes weather or other unexpected circumstances will cause a slight delay.  

I usually ship on Fridays and Mondays. 

Please be patient, if you are purchasing from me, please know I have a full time job and this is not it. I cannot provide immediate turnaround on items. Also know that tracking is often delayed. Often buyers receive the item before tracking updates. If this is an issue, please do not bid.

If possible, I will combine shipping costs to save you money. Your final cost will still be based on actual weight and distance shipped.                                                                                    

  PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  I will only ship to a Paypal confirmed address. 

Payments are due within 7 business days from close of auction, and contact is requested within 3 days of the close.  

If this doesn't happen, I may consider you a defaulting bidder, and may begin a dispute with Ebay and/or Paypal if I have not heard from you by the third day. This is a means to cover my costs. Please do not let that happen. 

Please remember that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and ALL my items are sold AS-IS.

                  RETURNS AND FEEDBACK 

Although I state no returns are accepted, if you find you are not happy with the item, please contact me before leaving feedback as I may be able to accommodate you.

Do not leave negative feedback as a means to renegotiate. I prefer you contact me first. I follow up all negative feedback with ebay.

 Items shipped internationally will be marked for customs as merchandise for the value of the auction win.

I WILL ONLY SHIP USPS EXPRESS MAIL FOR INTERNATIONAL AS IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET CONFIRMATION OUTSIDE THE US. TOO MANY BAD EXPERIENCES OTHERWISE

Please pay special attention to international shipping charges before you bid. I do not haggle or negotiate shipping based on buyer's expectations.
