Record 071 Router plane high quality digitally printed reprint of the 1952 manual. 8 page A5 stapled booklet with card cover. Complete with parts listings and period advertisements. Would suit Stanley 71 Router Plane as well, and is a much more comprehensive guide to using the router, and sharpening the cutters. The Stanley instruction sheet is a pocket sized 3 fold sheet, frequently lost. I can include a reprint of the Stanley 71 sheet free of charge if you request it at purchase (Not available separately).

The Production Process

Original documents are sourced.  These are then scanned at high resolution. Imperfections in the original printing process, and marks or damage are edited out where possible.  The images are then scaled to fit European Standard A5 booklet size. These are digitally printed at high resolution on 80 gsm high white paper, with 160 gsm card for the cover. The resulting booklet is saddle stitched (stapled at the spine) and guillotined to square the edges. Our aim is to produce a good clear working manual for the tool user. We do not attempt to produce a document which can be passed off as the original.
