I HAVE FULLY TESTED THIS CAMCORDER with all 3 types of tape and it plays back previously recorded 8mm video8 and hi8 tapes BUT THE CHARGER IS NOT INCLUDED, I USED A CHARGER FROM A DIFFERENT CAMCORDER TO POWER THIS BUT THIS WILL NOT CHARGE THE BATTERY AND IS NOT INCLUDED, EVERYTHING ELSE PICTURED IS INCLUDED, IT IS USED SO HAS SIGNS OF USE LIKE MARKS, SCRATCHES ETC

This comes with the samsonite case, tv cable, untested battery, tape and lead that attaches to camcorder to the charger
