- All requests must have a matching invoice and include clear and specific descriptions of the problems (please send us an email through eBay to get the return package information).

-Unless otherwise specified, all products are covered with 30-day DOA warranty. Customers should submit claims within 30 days from the invoice date.
- New items returns for refunds are only accepted if the item is unused AND still sealed in an unopened retail package.
- Authorized credit/refunds must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date, and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Special order and custom-made goods are not returnable.
- Any physically damaged merchandise will void the warranty and may be subject to additional service charges if the manufacturer rejects it.
