General Info

1. All of our items are purchased directly from Macys's and Bloomingdale's and are 100% authentic. We open up all of our items in order to inspect each one very carefully and make sure it is free from any damages or irregularities.
2. If there is any damage to the item, it will be noted in detail under the 'Condition' section of the auction. If it is listed as new, then it has no damage and is brand new.
3. Some of our items may no longer have the original packaging, but this would also be noted under the 'Condition' section. All of our items have the original manufacturer fabric tags even if they are missing packaging.
4. We guarantee you will receive the item as described and we offer a no-hassle return policy. If you have any issues at all with your order, please email us and we will be happy to take care of you.

Payment Terms

Paypal payment is due within 7 days of the auction end. Non-payments will be reported to ebay. All orders require a confirmed address. E-checks will be held until cleared.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority, Parcel Post, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home depending on the item size and your location. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. We ship Monday through Friday only. Additional postage may be required for any shipping outside of the lower 48 states, including APO, HI, AK and other U.S. territories and international orders. Additional shipping may also be required when shipping to a PO BOX. We are not responsible for packages once they are delivered to the correct address. If you would like to add signature confirmation, please let us know before making payment.

Return Policy

If you would like to return your item, the following conditions apply:

1. Contact us first to request a return transaction
2. Item must be in the same condition as received – new, unused and unwashed
3. Return must be made within 14 days of delivery
4. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. If you are unsure about the color, size, style, or any other details of the item you are purchasing, please contact us before placing your order so that we can avoid any possible returns. Sometimes the color on your screen may differ with the actual color because of the monitor' settings. We are happy to answer all of your questions and help you find the perfect item!
5. A refund will be issued back to your Paypal account upon receipt of the returned item and after we have checked it to make sure it is still in the same condition. A 20% restocking fee is assessed.
6. Please give us a chance to resolve your problem before leaving negative feedback. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we would like to work with you!

Change in Shipping Address

We will only ship to the address you provided on your Paypal account (on your payment checkout) so please make sure it is the correct shipping address. Once you have submitted your payment, the address on there is the one we will ship to, no exceptions.
