Dale/Vishay RN65D Metal Film resistor. 1% tolerance, 100ppm. Very low noise (-40dB). Tin-plated copper leads with non-magnetic end caps.  

For commercial use this is a 1 watt resistor.  It is derated to 1/2 watt for military use.
