Vintage 1970s SHURE 545-sd unidyne 3 unidirectional dynamic microphone complete with original box, suede storage bag, original directions, unopened .050 wrench with #4-40 socket setscrew.  Mic is in excellent condition fully functional excellent sound.  The model 545-sd Mic is switchable dual impedance for connection into a 25 to 200 ohm rated input or high impedance input.  A small plastic label has been applied to the Mic with the word "Nixon" on it.  The screen on top of the Mic has a small indent, as to be expected for it's age.
