Item's condition:

• Units are USED and they are retail customer returns which were returned for unknown reasons, we tested the units and found nothing wrong with the units, besides the open package and sign of wear and tear, Units will be shipped in a brown box with the accessories mentioned within the description in the included list and also the pictures, if you don't see it in the included list or pictures send us a message so we can investigate.
  

About Shipping:

• Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Canada have different fees, so please contact us for shipping adjustment.
  
• Item will be shipped Through USPS or FedEx at my convenience, Shipping will take 24 to 48 hours to process after payment clear in our bank or PayPal.

• Returns should be acknowledge before even buying (buying an item to return it should be reserved to multi billion $$ retail stores they get Vendor/Manufacturer Credit and a TAX break when you return an items to them)
• If you return an item to me you are taking my kids lunch money to pay for your shipping and to pay for that item that you no longer like, (For Returnaholics only) why seller (or my kids and my cat) have to pay for something you broke? if you broke it the righteous thing to do is to pay for it, If I sent you a broken item I will be righteous enough and I will Honor the return, (Trust me I try my best to test all items before shipping and if I find defects on an item I notify the buyer immediately and I don't ship at all, because I know a complain is ahead and complains is the last thing I want)
• We understand that sometimes a return have to happen but before you return an item Please Know that eBay is not the best place to return merchandise because is costly, it cost fees for listing, fees selling, fees for receiving money they even charge fees on the shipping you paid, there are also some other non refundable expenses like package materials, Shipping and Postage fees and the time it takes to prepare your item so it doesn't get damage during transit,
