To Heat up your happy sack, simply pop it into the microwave for 40-60 seconds for new/high powered microwaves, or 1 minute 30 seconds

To create a cool happy sack, put in a zip baggie and place it in the freezer overnight.
Do not put your happy sack in the washing machine or (dryer)...He wont hold up very well. If you want to clean your happy sack just dab it with a wet cloth.
