PRODUCT CARE & REFILLS

Your S.T.Dupont product does not require much maintenance. To restore it to its original shine, you can clean it with a soft cloth (never use solvent-based products). Treat all the Chinese lacquer parts as you would glasses lenses or jewellery. Cover the surface with condensation and rub with a soft cloth. Lacquer is practically impervious to acids. This exceptionally hard substance offers particularly good resistance to shocks, scratches, rubbing and water. When cleaning leather, do not use any wax-based or waterproofing cleaning products; instead use a slightly damp neutral-coloured soft cotton cloth.

I accept all returns within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. If there are any issues with the item, I must be notified within 2 days of receipt. I will refund original payment when the product has returned and is found in the same condition as it was sold, unless otherwise agreed upon. I do NOT refund original shipping charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For buyer's own protection and to prevent any potential fraud the packing process of this item will be videotaped in a very detailed way directly at post office.  Therefore there is no contesting or arguing about what has been shipped.  Thank you for your understanding!

For International Shipping and Handling it is Flat Rate $50.  The package will be sent through USPS express International.
