About Us
People Tree, Norfolk have been established since 1994.
We are located through out Norfolk, in Holt Wells-next-the-sea and most recently our flagship store in Norwich.
We started traveling around India about 25 years ago, came home and started selling rugs and throws on a market stall before opening our first shop in 1996. followed by Wells-next-the-sea in 2004 and most recently Norwich around 2 year ago.
We ethically source and directly purchase our soft furnishings, home decor, and unique hand-made gifts from Asian artisan and craft people, community and workers co-ops from across India, Indonisa and Thailand.
We sell a wide variety of artisan goods including the following - Hand loomed bed linen, block-printed soft furnishing, cushions, rugs, throws, exotic home ware, unique home made gifts, colourful tableware and mosaic pottery. Handmade jewellery, hair accessories. A range of aromatics - incense sticks and holders, essential oils, natural body products, artisan Asian room decor, handing mobiles, lamps and lampshades, candles and candle holders, musical instruments and simple wooden toys.
An Asian bazaar in the heart of Norfolk, all our shops are colourful, interesting emporiums of home ware, decor and soft furnishings as well as exotic gifts, handmade jewellery and accessories that cater for all budgets.
Please be aware that all our products are hand crafted and so may have small unique character enhancing qualities.

We use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post. Parcel Force and other tracked service providers

Lost or not collected parcels
In the event that a parcel is lost we will process a claim via the Royal Mail
This claim can not be started until 15 working days after the parcel was posted, this is the amount of time that the stipulate it can take for a 1st class parcel to arrive.
Any items not collected from Argos or the post office and and there for returned to us will be refunded minus the postage £3 postage charge incurred by us, If you would like the item to be re posted you will need to re order the product.
