The Fender Custom Shop Acoustic Tool Kit makes it simple with a convenient collection of the most essential and commonly used tools—specifically designed for acoustic instruments. This kit contains all the basics for most minor adjustments, including a 5-in-1 screwdriver with a special 4mm hex adapter for truss rod adjustment, telescopic inspection mirror, ruler, diagonal cutter, capo, feeler gauges, and a string winder. These are the same high-quality setup tools used by the pros, and everything is stored in a convenient polyester pouch that fits easily in your case or gig bag. Hand tools come with limited lifetime warranty.

Shipping Information

Same day dispatch on orders received before 2pm.

Orders received at the weekend will be collected from our warehouse by Royal Mail or DPD on Monday.

All goods are sent either via Royal Mail packetpost (up to 2kg) or DPD (over 2 kg).

Goods will be despatched within 48 hrs of cleared fund, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.

We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or DPD.

Returns Policy

If you need to return your purchase please notify us by email or phone first on 01473 217480. Please have all the relevant information to hand including date of purchase, invoice number and product details. All returns must be repacked in the original factory supplied packaging.

We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We will only refund shipping costs if the item is defective.
