Shipping costs are estimated. If the actual cost of shipping and handling is less than what I estimated I will do a partial refund for the amount of the difference. On the other hand if costs are more than estimated I will issue an invoice for the amount of the difference before shipping. That is why I tend to charge higher than estimated as it’s a lot easier and quicker to issue a refund than it is wait on an invoice to be paid. I will always try to go with the cheapest possible option (surface routes for international. Please read below for more information on tracking.) If you have special requests for shipping (e.g. want it shipped priority instead of economy, air instead of surface, labelled as a gift etc) I will be happy to accommodate your request as long as you make it clear BEFORE you pay. I do offer combined shipping. As noted above if you request a service that costs more than the estimated shipping cost you will have to pay the difference before I ship. I do my absolute best to have the package on its way to you within 2 business days of payment. No guarantees on how long the package takes to get to you. An overseas surface package can take 4-6 weeks or more.

WARNING!!! : I live in CANADA. Tracking to countries outside of North America is very expensive. I do my best to mitigate shipping costs by recycling packaging materials. I re-use cardboard boxes and as mentioned earlier I only charge what it actually costs to ship the item which means if the item costs more than I predicted I will invoice before I ship. If for some reason the item doesn’t work I will refund your payment if you ship the item back to me at your own cost within 14 days of receiving it. I will refund the payment when I receive the returned item. Not before.
