Our eBay dispatcher generally works on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Orders placed before 4pm on these days will normally be despatched the same day, otherwise they will be sent the next day he is in. He isn't an engineer so there's no point in asking him technical questions but if you need extra details off a board or help with a return he will happily help you.
