Necklace and Bracelet lengths are given in inches, Rings in UK sizes, and Gemstone dimensions in millimetres ,all items are measured approximately but as near as possible, most items packets are opened for photo taking of the item & sometimes tags removed, but all tags etc where applicable will be added in sale, I try to print out the authenticity slips myself , as these aren't offered as standard but as an option, so i go out my way to try to get these authenticity slips where possible.But name/header of original seller will be cut off for obvious reasons .. we aim to post by the end of the working day OR following morning after clearance of payment. Except weekends. All rings are accurate in size as i check them on a ring gauge when delivered to me to make sure before listing!!.. so PLEASE make sure you are ordering the right size for you as i don't accept returns unless faulty & also please take note the thicker the band the tighter the fit so might need next size up( but all rings are resizable, so wont refund for this reason.... all items must be paid for no later than 4 days maximum ..... .Apparently due to new assigned setting , items p&p can no longer be combined sorry! .....CARING FOR YOU OPALS ...........Never allow anyone to clean your opal in an ultrasonic cleaner, as the intense vibrations may cause cracking in a solid opal, and water penetration in a doublet or triplet. do not submerge this stone in water , chemicals etc, if doing the gardening , house work washing up, best to remove as it could damage your stones .. If your stone loses its shine or becomes scratched, bring it back to an opal cutter. After years of wear, small scratches and scuff marks cause an opal to lose its shiny polish and become dull looking. So please check for info for caring for your opals. most rings unless they have a total gem band can be re-sized at your local jewellers , some times up or down by 3 sizes.In my opinion especially with opals its best not to resize more than one size, as it can effect the stones setting & more times than none you will need them gluing to hold them..
