• We select quality name brand items and thoroughly review each item in order to formulate an accurate description in the best possible fashion.  We sell items in a variety of conditions, however we utilize text and pictures to describe each item as honestly and as thoroughly as possible.  We note any known imperfections such as tears, stains, missing buttons, wear, etc.  We are all human. Please contact us with any issues as soon as possible.

• Items are kept in a smoke-free, pet-free environment but keep in mind that many pre owned items are originally from the homes of others and may have very faint odors specific to that home.

• All monitors display colors differently but we try our best to ensure that the photos and text relay the coloration of the item as thoroughly as possible.  Because sizing differs slightly between various designers, please review or request the item's measurements to ensure the best fit.

• If you want more specific information regarding sizing not indicated in the listing, please email which measurements you would like to have BEFORE bidding.  We take great pride in describing our items as honestly and thoroughly as possible. 

• If requested, we will carefully measure each item by laying it out flat to ensure the best fit for you.  Once you have  the measurements, please compare the measurements to the measurements of items that fit you well to ensure proper fit. 

• All orders are shipped via USPS mail with delivery confirmation included.  If an item is small enough, it may come tightly folded in a poly mailer or flat envelope.

• If you would like to return an item, please contact us within three days of receipt of the item to inform us of your intent. The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item for a refund equal to the purchase price of the item.

• A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returned items if the buyer decided that he/she does not want the item and it was otherwise described correctly.  Original shipping costs will not be credited and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Returns for items with free shipping will be issued a refund minus the shipping cost incurred by the seller (please contact us in advance for an exact quote). 

• Returned items must be in the same condition as when received (tags still attached if applicable, etc.)  Please notify us of return shipment and wait for our response, prior to returning the item.

• The authenticity of all items is 100% guaranteed or your money back!

• Please note that most of our items are sold how we receive them. The item may require cleaning or ironing when you receive them.

• We do combine items for shipping.  Email me for quote.

Payment

• We accept payment by PAYPAL only.  Payment is expected within 2 days of auction closing and immediately when using the BUY IT NOW option. 

• If payment is not received within 4 days, we will follow EBay’s non-payment policies.
