We will give a refund on our engine kit(s) if it's within 15 days and the engine has not fired or installed . We charge a 15% restocking fee and the customer pays for all original and return shipping costs.
We do not warranty piston and/or cylinder seizures or stripped bolts, nuts, or studs under any circumstance.All parts, motors and bicycles are sold as is without any warranties expressed or written.
We strive to offer the best quality parts. However it is ultimately the users responsibility for the upkeep and performance of their new motorized bicycle. We are in no way liable for any and all personal injuries that may result from operator use.
