POSTAGE: Items are sent free via
royal mail 1st class and are usually sent the same day if ordered before
2pm. Most orders are received within 2-3 days. We always obtain proof
of postage which can be provided on request, if the item is lost we will
not replace unless the first class recorded option is selected as we
can claim costs back from royal mail.
RETURNS: If you are not happy with your purchase
for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a
full refund, items must be unused and in re saleable condition,
personalised orders are not able to be returned to us unless faulty,
buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
APPLICATION:
1. Make sure surface is clean, dry and grease/oil free. (If
applying in cold temperatures, warm the surface first with a hair dryer
or heat gun)
2. Lay the decal on a flat surface and rub over the front of the
decal with your fingers or a credit card to re apply the transfer tape
to the decal, turn the decal over so the backing paper is facing you,
carefully peel the backing paper off exposing the vinyl on the transfer
tape (make sure all of the vinyl comes away from the backing paper, the
key is to take your time with this step)
3. Place sticker where you wish it to be applied.
4. Starting from the centre work outwards using a credit card or
your fingers to smooth down the sticker making sure you chase all air
bubbles to the edge of the vinyl.
5. Gently remove application tape at a low angle to prevent any rips or the vinyl coming off,
full adhesion will occur within 48 hours or application.
