Payment by paypal only. Payment is required within three days of Auction Ending. If payment isn't received within three days of Auction Ending, item(s) will be relisted.
Please ask questions or for additional information if needed before bidding or buying. Returns are accepted, (with the exception of wedding gowns and formals), if returned within 14 days of receiving your item and returned in the original condition it was shipped in. If shipping charges we paid, the original and return shipping charges are not refunded. There is a $5.00 restocking fee charged for all returned items. Refunds will be given for the cost of the item only, minus the restocking fee, and refunded to your paypal account once we receive your item back. Most of our items are never returned and our customers are pleased with their purchase; however, we do realize opinions vary regarding items. What we see as excellent condition someone else may see as fair or good condition. We list all items as accurately and honestly as we can, listing any noticable flaws, wear, tears, stains etc. Nothing has been left out intentionally.
Please remember some of our items you are bidding on, are preowned items. Please don't expect a preowned item to be in "NEW" condition, although with many of our items you won't be able to tell the difference.
Once your item arrives, if you have a problem, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item and before leaving negative feedback or contacting Ebay. We try to resolve all issues.
SHIPPING:
We ship all items within 24 hours of receiving payment. SORRY, WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. When leaving us feedback on shipping please don't include weekends and holidays as shipping time. Shipping is standard shipping by USPS and a tracking number is provided. Payments made before 6:00PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped same day or next day. If you are buying more than one of our items we offer combined shipping rates, so please wait for us to send you a invoice before paying if you want us to combine shipping and save you money. Sorry, we don't ship internationally at this time.
