Excellent vintage condition! So soft and supple. I believe it's a deer or lambskin? Coat has some slight signs of use like light scuffs. 

Buttons are leather wrapped. Single vent in the back 

I cannot find a size. Fits like a 40 but please see measurements below

20 1/2 inches across the chest under arms

 41 inches from the base of collar to bottom

24 1/2 inches from shoulder to cuff

18 inches on the back at the top of the shoulders
