We want all our customers to be delighted with their purchases. We sell mainly used vintage or antique items. We try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions. We are very particular about disclosing any flaws or damage. We try to describe items to the best of our knowledge, but we are not experts in all fields. If you are uncertain about the condition or age of any item, please ask questions before buying.

SHIPPING

We pack everything securely so it will arrive at your door safe.  We use plenty of packing materials around your items.  Packages are sent and verified with a tracking number and insurance. We will gladly combine shipping to save costs where applicable. We have no control over how the  shipping carrier handles the package. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost or damaged in transit please notify us at once. Please keep all packing materials and damaged items for inspection by the carrier, until claim is settled. 

We ship Internationally thru EBAY’s Global Shipping Program. Import duties, taxes and other charges are the International buyers responsibility. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

RETURNS

If this item does not meet with your approval, you must contact us to return it within 14 days. Please note there will be a 10% restocking charge, taken out of your purchase price. Please return item in it’s original condition and packaging sent to you. We do not refund shipping charges. Please include enough insurance to cover cost of item and pack securely. So please ask questions and look at the photos before buying.
