Shipping:
We will try to ship your order the same day as payment is received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Most items will ship Ground via UPS or FedEx.
Overnight shipping is available upon request.
Free shipping applies to US only.

Payments:
We accept PayPal payments as well as Credit Cards processed over the phone.

Returns:
All items include a 30-day DOA warranty from the day you receive the item.
Our original shipping cost will not be refunded on any item.
Unless specifically stated, all items are used.
We always inspect and test returned items. If the returned item's serial number doesn't match the shipped item's serial number a refund will not be given. If the returned item is in working order then a 15% restock fee will apply.
If you simply wish to return an unused item we reserve the right to apply a 15% restock fee.
