We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all of our items. If you're not happy with your purchase you can return the item as long as it is not used and a reason for the return is given. Your statutory rights are not affected. If the item you return is not in the condition in which we sent out we reserve the right to send the item back to you or do a partial refund after assessing the items for damages. If you receive faulty or damaged goods, you should inform us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours or receiving the item(s)) in which case, we will ask for the item(s) to be returned, we'll then examine the item(s) and take action accordingly, this will either be a replacement or full refund. If we discover the alleged item(s) is/are not faulty we will send the item back to you if it's after the 14 day waiting period. If the item you have received is faulty or not as described we will refund the return postage cost back to you. We may request to view the postage receipt to view costs, if not, we will refund the minimum postage cost according to the size and weight of the parcel. Please retain proof of postage cost of possible. Sometimes we may request for a photo of the faulty item if the return cost exceeds the item cost, this will be done on an individual basis at our discretion.
