Postage
Postage price quoted covers the cost of posting the item and extra materials needed such as bubble wrap jiffy bags ect . All items over £10 are sent by 1st or 2nd class recorded delivery all items sent standard post a receipt of posting is kept by me in case any thing happens to the item in the post.
Multiple postage discounts
If you win more than one item at the same time please send me a invoice total request and I will work out any postage discounts I can give you I will always try to be as reasonable as possible in this as I know postage rates are very important to most ebay users.
Offers
Please note I am unable to accept offer requests for offers/discounts as I do not have time to reply to a lot of messages and I also do not like to refuse buyers offers as I believe this may cause bad feelings between me and my potential customers.
Returns
If you are unhappy with an item you brought from me for any reason please contact me by ebay message and I will do my best to resolve your problem.
Feedback
Once I post an item I mark it as dispatched and leave feedback for the buyer. Once you receive your item and are happy with it please leave me good feedback as I am trying to grow my business and all good transactions help towards this.
