Payment

Accept PayPal only, please use the eBay checkout system to complete payment.

All payments must be received within 3 days of the auction close or the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

Shipping

Most items ship within 3 business days.  Exceptions apply when noted and/or during times of weather related shipping/travel delays.

Due to eBay and PayPal's terms, WILL NOT ship to any address other than the shipping address that is provided by PayPal/eBay in your payment. Please do not contact with requests for an exception to this rule.  Even if this item is intended as a gift.  Please make sure that eBay and PayPal have your most recent shipping address.

International Buyers: There will be Limited international shipping - please inquire if your country is included. The items will be shipped using the eBay International Shipping Program.  Buyers are responsible for all taxes, VAT, import fees, and other fees imposed by the government of the country of their residence. Please contact the local post office and/or customs office for details. Please be advised: ANY package may be pulled for inspection by customs. Generally custom fees are charged based on the value of the item(s) listed on the custom forms. I will not lower the value on the custom forms due to insurance reasons. Post Office will only let me insure the item for the value listed.

Terms of Sale

Most of my items are obtained from sample sales and department stores.  I have no affiliation with any of the brands sold.  

Sizing:  Please know your designer size and fit (clothes/shoes).  Each designer sizing varies with European designer clothes/shoes typically running smaller then US designers.  In the description I include the size of the item as reflected on the tags with some comments on the fit.  If you don't know what size you need, there's plenty of information online about sizing of different brands and it's styles.

Returns: All sales can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.  The item MUST be in the original condition with all tags attached (if applicable).  The shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, unless noted otherwise.  International buyers -  original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please read the item description carefully and note the color, size and measurements in order to avoid unnecessary returns.

Feedback Policy: positive feedback will be immediately left for all buyers after positive feedback has been received. If you feel you have a reason to leave anything other than positive feedback please contact us first to address any issues with your order.
