RETURN POLICY 

Dealooza offers a 14 day guarantee for return requests dated up to 14 days after item received Dealooza will issue a postage paid return label.

All returns will be inspected within 4 working days (Monday - Friday) of buyers receipt for serial number match, verify reason for return and completeness of original packaging and accessories. 

There may be a restocking fee of 20% (or more) deducted from your refund to cover refurbishing costs and devaluation due to the condition of the returned item. 

Chuwi offers a 1 Year factory defect warranty but it is highly advisable if you wish to have a hassle free experience to protect your investment for a longer period to purchase a US extended warranty that is offered at checkout or explore the extended warranty options offered by the credit card you used to make this purchase.

A buyer can return an item for any reason, even if they change their mind about a purchase within the returns period. The amount of the refund depends on the return reason:

RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND:

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received: ALL original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs and/or factory seals not broken. Accessories such as cords and remote controls, certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards "free gifts" or bonus items

OTHER FULL REFUND SCENERIOS:

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
If unopened and unused.  If the item you received is clearly marked and obviously not what you ordered you will get a full refund ONLY IF you do not open and use the item.  Otherwise see BUYERS REMORSE.

DEFECTIVE NOT AS DESCRIBED:

Defective means there is is a material reason the item is being returned for a refund.  Delivered with physical damage, item will not operate as intended and shipped from the factory (i.e will not charge, will not connect to internet, will not boot up or some other physical defect.)  A significant reason the item was "Not As Described" correctly (i.e. Completely wrong item specs, accessories included in writing in the description, but do not arrive, etc.

SOFTWARE RELATED RETURNS:

Software problems can be resolved by restoring the tablet back to the factory image.

Software related issues can either be resolved with self-help via the Chuwi support site, the technical support of the software causing the problem and/or you can send Dealooza the item to restore the software back to factory settings for a fee.

If you choose to not use these options to resolve the problem and want to return the item for a refund, Understand that user caused software issues are not deemed a "Defective/Not as Described" item (If the item boots and operates correctly when first received and/or after factory image restore) Expect a 20% restocking fee plus return label to be deducted from your refund if you want to return the item.  A higher restocking fee can occur if ALL original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, accessories such as cords and remote controls, certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards, "free gifts" or bonus items or all items included in a bundle.

Android/Windows devices are designed to function specifically with the current Android/Windows OS installed on them. Any alterations such as upgrades (includes involuntary Microsoft Updates/Upgrades), modding with custom ROM, rooting or flashing the device with other firmware can instantly cause the device to experience problems as well as void the device's warranty. Please think twice before operating all these actions.  Usually the only solution to corrupted software is restoring the factory image.  Expect a 20% restocking fee plus return label to be deducted from your refund if you want to return the item.  A higher restocking fee can occur if ALL original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, Accessories such as cords and remote controls, Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards, "free gifts" or bonus items or all items included in a bundle.

Windows 10 Anniversary Edition UPGRADE Warning:

While the tablet technically is compatible with this Microsoft UPGRADE, there could be driver issues which are explained on the Chuwi support site.  If you accidentally or purposely choose to install this UPGRADE you take full responsibility if the tablet experiences problems.
