Mint: I can't find anything wrong with it, it is clean (however washing is always recommended for a used item), not faded, everything looks like new, including the labels/tags and works just like brand new. Some straps may still be folded from the factory.
Excellent: May have markings/stains, light fading or sewn on identification somewhere, may have been repaired but not noticeably, may have dust/dirt in places(again washing is always recommended for a used item).
Good: Everything works and there are no tears, rips, though there are most likely some or all of the following: repairs that have already been made to the item, may have identification markings or sewn on labels, fading of item or pin holes and it most likely needs washing.
Poor: Most likely needing some repair and most likely dirty.
