Length is 28" and it fastens with a 4 lovely matching vintage brown buttons both on the outside and inside as its reversible

No sleeves, just long cape style and some holes for the arms to go into the pockets

I have listed the matching skirt separately as its small size

and despite all the wool I have only found one tiny bit of moth nibble inside by the pocket which I had not seen before, otherwise fantastic condition, beautifully warm, clean and just gorgeous vintage item.
