YOU ARE BIDDING ON A VINTAGE BLACK SAKS FIFTH AVENUE REVILLON MINK FUR COAT.  THERE ARE NO TAGS FOR SIZES ON IT OR TELLING ME THE TYPE OF MINK IT IS. BUT I THINK THE SIZE IS SMALL/PETITE. IT IS IN GOOD/GREAT CONDITION, BUT IT DOES HAVE THE INITIALS ENGRAVED ON THE INSIDE OF THE JACKET (AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE). IT WAS RARELY IF EVER WORN AND WAS STORED IN A CLOSET FOR MOST OF THE TIME IT HAS BEEN OWNED. I WILL DO MY BEST TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.

All of my items  are used unless otherwise stated, the quality of the item is almost always listed in info above.  All items come with original cover artwork and in original case, unless otherwise stated.  My games and movies  are not copies, bootlegs, asian imports etc.  They are all US region 1, just as if you purchased them at any major retail place in the US.  Some of the items were formal rentals,  but I try to make sure they stickers are off of the outside of the item and the discs or games are in good condition and play fine.  I ship games and dvds in bubble envelopes, I do not send broken cases, but once in a while I have found out that cases do get busted in transit, I can NOT help if it gets busted in transit.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please send payment promptly !  I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL!!!  I make it a point to ship the movie within 48  hours after I receive your payment, except of course Sundays and holidays.  Payments must be received within 7 days after winning the auction.  If payment not received within 4 days after auction I will open unpaid item dispute (I do this regardless if you contact me before or not, it just helps me keep track of unpaid items) and if payment not recieved within 8 days (4 days before dispute and 4 days after dispute opens) I will  close dispute and then relist the item.

RETURN POLICY

I am committed to the satisfaction of my customers and try to provide the highest level of service and excellence.  My items are both cleaned and tested for functionality prior to shipment.  If upon receipt, you find that the item does not play properly, it is your responsibility to contact me within 48 hours of receiving the product according to delivery/tracking confirmation.  Otherwise, my return policy expires and I cannot accept the movie back.  It is your responsibility to ship back the movie within 3 days after receipt, providing me with the tracking number at time of mailing.  Return shipping costs are not covered.  Once I receive the movie, I will attempt to replace it.  Otherwise a refund will be issued immediately via PayPal minus the handling charge referred to below.  Refunds are only considered if the movie does not play properly.  The case and cover art are sold as-is but please note that I do not send broken cases.

SHIPPING CHARGES

I realize that the items are being  sold with "free shipping".  Obviously, I am paying for shipping and handling.  Shipping and handling includes more than just the postage.  It includes my supplies (printer paper, printer ink, labels, envelopes, boxes, etc.).  It also includes  trips to the post office, gas etc.  If your item  malfunctions and a refund is to be issued, the amount of $3.00 will be deducted from the refund per item to cover the handling charges.  If you have any issues with my refund policy, please do NOT bid on this or any other items I have listed.
