Returns:

We work hard to ensure that you are always happy with your purchase and are confident this will be the case however we do recognise that, as with any product of a technical nature, very occasionally there is the potential that you may need to return a part to us.

We endeavour to make your transaction as smooth as possible and have implemented a process designed to reduce the downtime inflicted on your business caused by this unfortunate occurrence.

To return an item you'll need a Returns Number.

Simply contact our customer services team on 01732 781400 or email us at sales@unicomp.co.uk. You will deal directly with one of our team who will ask you to explain the reason for your return, before issuing you with an RMA number and further instruction on the returns process.

Once issued with a returns number you will be required to return the part to us. If the part was damaged or defect upon arrival at your location, once returned it will be issued to our technical team for inspection who once satisfied will begin the refund or replacement service if required.

Please do not send goods back to us unless we have issued you with an RMA number.

Please note that the return of any part does not affect your statutory rights.
