The AUDIO SERVO CONTROLLER converts any line level audio signal into mechanical motion thru a hobby servo with NO programming required.  Typical use is in animatronic props to move the jaw in sync with vocals. Typical audio sources are MP3 players, CD players, Sound card players, etc. This is a high quality product that when properly adjusted to your specific application will perform very well. One important feature of this board is the ability to adjust both servo end points. This is critical for longevity of your servo by preventing "over-drive". Over-driving the servo can lead to failure due to internally stripped gears. Having adjustment of both servo end points also makes it very easy to set up your linkages and to fine tune the amount of servo travel needed for each application. No more changing servo arms or adjusting linkages to get the proper amount of servo throw as with similar products. There are also two onboard jumpers for configuring servo response to only the Right Channel, only the Left Channel, or both. There are onboard headers for connecting LED eyes (not included) which can either flash in sync with the audio or can be set to constant on. All components are "Through Hole" soldered which are MUCH more durable than surface mount components. This is extremely important for power and audio connections. 

          Each AUDIO SERVO CONTROLLER is fully assembled and tested to assure proper operation. A detailed color PDF file will be emailed with each AUDIO SERVO CONTROLLER purchase. The documentation explains how to set up and adjust the controller along with some helpful tips.
