Although we are unaffiliated with any brand and are not authorized distributors or resellers, we purchase our items from U.S. vendors who are authorized distributors/dealers. We do not purchase items from unknown or sketchy overseas sources and we don't tolerate fakes. Our goal is to get you the best possible product at the best price and give you enough customer service to keep you coming back.
We process orders within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment (this excludes Saturdays and Sundays). Most weekend orders ship on Monday, but occasionally some do not go out until Tuesday.
We work hard to take detailed, accurate pictures. However, every monitor displays colors slightly differently, so it is impossible for us to guarantee that your screen will display the shade of the item exactly as posted in the listing. When possible, we post the color as described by the manufacturer so that you can go see it in person prior to purchase.
Items may be prior year closeouts. Feel free to contact us prior to purchase if you need a specific year’s model.
If you have any problems, please contact us first to allow us to fix it in a way that is satisfactory to you.
In the event of a return, we withhold a 10% restocking fee, which helps offset our costs associated with processing the return.
Returns are only accepted for unused items in the exact condition as received, including all retail packaging, labels, etc.
Please be familiar with the item you are purchasing, including the size/fit, colors, etc., to avoid the hassle and cost of returning for both you and us.
We highly recommend that you try on the item in a store before buying. If this is not possible and you choose to purchase from us, we are happy to accept a return, but you will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fee.
Of course, if there is a defect/problem with the item, this fee is waived, but please be honest about the reason for your return so that we can maintain this policy.
We ship USPS first class with tracking, unless another option is selected when purchasing.
We do not use signature confirmation unless the purchase is over $250. eBay considers items delivered when the tracking status says delivered. We cannot issue reimbursements for an “item not received” claim if the online tracking says delivered. This prevents fraudulent claims from people who receive the item but say it never arrived.
If you prefer to use signature confirmation to ensure the package is not left unattended on the doorstep, please message us and we will be happy to arrange. This service costs $2.20 - the actual charge from USPS - we do not profit from our shipping services.
All domestic orders over $250 will be sent with signature confirmation at no extra cost.
Please be advised that USPS often takes longer to deliver their items than eBay’s claimed delivery estimation.
We welcome international purchases. Please be aware that shipping may take significantly longer than eBay estimates. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to the U.S. in the event of a return, and any import/customs duties or fees assessed to us as the item re-enters the U.S. will be deducted from the return amount.
Any item originally sent to a U.S. address and forwarded internationally will be treated as a U.S. purchase, and the buyer is responsible for ALL costs associated with returning the item to the U.S., even in the event the buyer considers the item not as described or defective.
