This is dress represents one of the most iconic scenes in one of the most beloved movies "Gone with the Wind". Titled "On Peachtree Street--The Drapery Dress", this 2001 version features Barbie is dressed as Vivian Leigh who plays Scarlett O'Hara. No one forgets the beautiful dress fashioned from the draperies of the plantation so that she could go to Atlanta and charm Rhett Butler. We always get a laugh out of the Carol Burnett Show spoof of this dress too. (Look that up on Youtube if you haven't seen it!)
Condition: The doll is mint and has never been displayed or been taken out of the box. The box shows some signs of shelf wear after 16 years in storage. We have photographed all scratches and imperfections in the box. There are small scratches and dings on the plastic and wear on the box corners. No cracks tears in the plastic. The box is in excellent condition but is not mint.
