Returns for Product Issues: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described above, we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible at No Cost To You. We will work with you to arrange for repair or replacement if possible, and will issue a return label if return is needed. You will receive a Full Refund of your original payment for items that are returned for product issues.
Buyer Requested Returns: If you changed your mind, don't like the item, ordered the wrong product, etc., you can return the item to us. Returned items must be in the original condition, with all packaging and accessories. We also require you to cover all original and return shipping costs and a small 15% (minimum $15) restock fee.
Cancellation Before Shipment: We allow for mutual cancellation of a purchase, upon receipt of a $15.00 restocking fee. The fee covers lost time and processing costs.
