INVOICE
If you require an invoice, you must request it with the purchase.SHIPPING
Orders will be sent using the shipment method chosen in "Methods of Shipment."All goods are shipped the at buyer's risk, so we advise our esteemed customers that any claims of damage to the goods must be communicated immediately upon receipt of said goods, and the delivery receipt signed with an indication of the type of damage.All shipments are made to the address given on eBay.
WARRANTY
AsAs provided by law, the warranty period is for 24 months: the effective start date is that of the actual receipt of the goods by the customer.The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidental damage, or humidity; our in-house technicians will check for such damage. The warranty covers the unit, but no accessories.
RETURNS
Each product purchased, in case of malfunction encountered during use, can be returned and replaced with an identical model. If the product is damaged, cut or tampered with, its state will be checked on its return and the product replaced if necessary, or returned in its damaged, cut or tampered state if it cannot be restored due to the client or user.
