You're looking at a 1981 Ibanez Blazer or maybe a Roadstar. It's hard to tell because the logo has been sanded off the headstock, the body has been refinshed to a thin, open pore natural finish over Ash, which is itself aged and worn, and the entire pickguard assembly and electronics have been replaced.
The bridge is likely not original. The strap buttons are not original. One is a Schaller straplok button, the other is a generic.
The "Smooth Tuner II" tuning machines are original and work well. The gold plating has worn away quite a bit. Same with the neckplate.
The back of the neck still has the original finish.
There are some mystery holes drilled in the body, three in front and one on the back near the upper horn. I've put pics of them above. At some point a locking nut was installed, then removed from the headstock leaving four holes.
This thing has been through the ringer but has been set up, serviced, and plays nicely. It's not too heavy, either, at 6 lbs, 15 oz.
It has a cool "old guitar" vibe and would be a great platform for upgrading or maybe you need the tuners for another old Ibanez.
