Pay by PayPal for immediate payment (Please note: Non-UK buyers must pay by PayPal, we cannot accept foreign cheques or money orders)

If paying by cheque (UK bidders only), please ensure you send us a printout or letter with your payment clearly stating your eBay ID, item number, name and address.

Paying by Debit/Credit card, please ring us on 01202 713000, please be aware we will only send to the card holders address not an alternative destination.

Payment needs to be made within 7 days otherwise an un-paid claim will proceed to redeem final value fees.

Shipping and Handling

We endeavour to dispatch goods within 2 days of payment being received. UK buyers should receive goods within 1-5 working days once dispatched depending on which delivery option is available.

Non-UK buyers will receive goods within 21 days. All items are carefully checked and protected to ensure items are received in excellent condition.

We now offer an express delivery option on all our items, this is a priority to us and will be despatched and with you the next working day.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your item/s to us for a full refund.

Please note we are unable to refund the cost of shipping unless items are faulty or have been incorrectly dispatched.
