Return
  • All sales are final unless item is defective upon delivery. No claims will be honor after 7 days of delivery. Buyer has to obtain an RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization #) from us before return anything back to us. Defective products will be offered exchange only, We offer a 12 months full replacement warranty on all manufacturer defects (Buyers pay for all warranty shipping cost) GBP 9 ,at the same time, you should cut off the wire of fault one(bulb or ballast), then show us the picture. no need to return back.
  • if need return, return shipping is the responsibility of buyer . We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested.
